Order #4532 these people should be shut down. There is no one that answers or customer service number after calling over 50 times I have emailed about 15 times. No one gets back to me. My order has not arrived after over a month. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, and this company should be shut down

Please DO NOT order anything from them online. The worst experience ever. A package came with a missing piece. Tried to contact them but they didn't answer. After endless calls and emails, they said they would send me a replacement and gave me a tracking number that did not work. I emailed and called them, and again no answer and nothing was shipped to me. Wow!!

Great quality for the price! Bonus: top of stand has standard camera mount screw, and can double as an additional tripod. Cord could be a little longer.

Fast turnaround - 2 days.

Will buy from Canadianstudio.com again!
